Workout for “New Sakura Japan = Senior Women’s National Team”
To the press,
Thank you for your help all the time.
Women’s Hockey National Team “Sakura Japan” finished 4th in Incheon Asian Games and unfortunately, could not be qualified for Rio de Janeiro Olympic berth. However, as there are still chances widely, we decided to start a new women’s national team for the next purpose.
Following this, we hold the workout for “New Sakura Japan = Senior Women’s National Team” as below schedule.
Based on Tokyo 2020 Target Age Implementation Guideline 2014, this workout provides each generation chances to be selected as a new national team member.
