The Japanese U21 Women’s Junior National Team lost their semifinal against India 0-1 to advance to the 3rd place match at the 8th AHF Junior Asia Cup (2023/Kakamigahara) at the Kawasaki  Hockey Stadium (Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture).

The 3rd place match will be held on June 11 at 15:30 (Japan time) against China. The top three teams from this tournament will qualify for the Women’s Junior World Cup (Asian continental quadrant).
