Game Outline
The Japan Hockey Association will host the “SOMPO JAPAN CUP,” a friendly game for the Japanese national field hockey team, with the aim of contributing to the promotion of sports culture in Japan through the experience of watching the game.
The venue is the Oi Hockey Stadium, where the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games were held, and is expected to be utilized as a sacred ground for the Japanese field hockey world. The venue is positioned as an important base for communicating the splendor of being involved in sports, not only “playing” but also “watching” and “supporting.
