Outline

FIH World Cup is an international competition to decide the world champion. 16 countries including the top teams from continental preliminaries and a host country will participate in it. This is the 6 participations in a row and total 9th participation for Japan. Netherlands got the best 6th championship ever in the last London World Cup, and the followings are Argentina, Germany and Australia that got 2nd championship. Japan ranked 5th as best in Madrid World Cup.
