   World League was established as a preliminary of the World Cup and 3rd World League 2016-2017 is held as the 3rd World Cup Preliminary. On round 2, 16 coutries from round 1 and 24 countries from world ranking 12 to 19th are separeted to 3 groups and top 3 team from each groupt advance to the semifinal from June to July in 2017.
