Women’s Hockey Japan League 2013 – 8th day result (4th section)

   We announce the 8th day result of the 4th section in Women’s Hockey Japan League 2013.

Women’s Japan League – Game Results

Game No.23 10:00  at Gifu
Ritumeikan University Hollys – Glaxo Smith Kline

  • In the beginning of the game: Glaxo attacked into Ritumeikan’s area and went close to the front of the goal, but they were blocked by Ritumeikan’s hard DF.
  • 28th min: Ritumeikan #4 opened the scoring by her dynamic hit shot.
  • Ritumeikan who rode the wave, got consecutive PC chances, but could not get an additional goal.
  • In the 2nd half, Ritumeikan attacked into Ritumeikan position, but could not score.
  • 45th min: Glaxo #8 Katamine dribbled into the circle and slot a ball into the net in spite of loosing a balance.
  • 47th min: Glaxo #3 Banda scored by her hit shot with all her might.
  • Ritumeikan showed their aggressive offense, but could not score due to Glaxo’s defense and Glaxo won the game by 1-2.

 

Game No.24 11:40  at Gifu
Yamanashi Gakuin CROWNING GLORIES – Coca Cola West Red Sparks

  • In the beginning of the game: The game went on with Coca Cola’s pace.
  • 3rd min: Coca got a PC and #18 Ree made her dynamic drag-shot into the left bottom of the goal.
  • 10th min: Coca showed their skillful passing and #16 Kim slot the ball into the net.
  • 17th min: Coca got a PC and #18 Ree scored by her sweep-shot to extend the lead.
  • After that, Yamanashi Gakuin #1 Tanaka passed to the goal and #17 Hanada responded to it to cut the lead by 1-3.
  • 20th min: Coca #16 Kim scored in a PC and the 1st half ended by 1-4.
  • In the 2nd half, the game still went on Coca Cola’s pace.
  • 38th min: Coca Cola #10 Yuda intercepted a  ball from DF and dribbled into the circle. From the left side, she scored by her reversed-hit.
  • 43rd min: Coca Cola #16 Kim scored.
  • 45th min: Coca Cola #7 Sakai scored.
  • On the other hand, Yamanashi made some chance from their counterattack, but could not score.
  • 54th min: Coca Cola got a PC and #8 Ono’s shot hit a DF and into a goal.
  • 68th min: Coca Cola got a PC and #18 Ree made her drag-shot into the net. The game ended as it was, by 9-1.

 

Game No.25 13:20  at Gifu
Tokai Gakuin University – Nanto Ginko SHOOTING STARS

  • 9th min: Nanto got a PC and #3 Manabe got the first goal by her dynamic hit-shot.
  • 19th min: Tokai counterattacked from their hard defense and #7 Ichitani passed to the goal and #9 Shimizu hit the loose ball into the left bottom of the goal.
  • The first half ended by 1-1 without any additional goals in spite of some PC chances.
  • In the beginning of the game, Nanto attacked into Tokai area, but #4 Yoshiura cleared the ball calmly and never let Nanto get score.
  • 44th min: Nanto got a PC and #8 Tameto scored to lead the game.
  • Nanto showed their aggressive offense, but could not make a shot in front of Nanto’s organized defense.
  • 59th min: Tokai got a PC, but it was saved by Nanto #1 GK Urata.
  • The game ended by 2-1 with Nanto’s win.

 

Game No.26 14:25  at Hiroshima
Sony HC Bravia Ladies – Tenri University Bears

  • From the beginning of the game, Sony held the pace of the game.
  • On the other hand, Tenri showed tenacious defense not to let Sony score.
  • 16th min: Sony got a PC and #3 Oikawa’s sweep made #7 Tokugawa touched-shot to open the scoring.
  • 18th min: Sony #9 Kim got an additional goal from her dribbling.
  • Just before the end of the first game: Sony got a PC and #2 Hayashi’s sweep led to #8 Fukano’s touch-shot to make the score 3-0.
  • In the second half, Sony never stopped their offense and their passing led Tenri around by the nose 
  • 38th min & 41st min: Sony got 2 PC chances, but they were blocked by Tenri’s tenacious defense.
  • 53rd min: Sony #8 Fukano received a pass in the circle and made a shot. Once it was saved finely by Tenri GK #1 Kageyama, #12 Ishida responded to it and got an additional goal.
  • 54th min: Sony #9 Kim slot the rebound into the net to extend the lead.
  • 57th min & 59th min: Sony got 2 PCs and succeed in both with their set play.
  • 68th min: Sony got a PC and #4 Sakai’s pass led to #8 Fukano’s touched-shot to make an additional goal.
  • The game ended as it was and Sony won the game by 8-0.
