Women’s Hockey Japan League 2013 – 14th day result (5th section)

   We announce the 14th day result of the final section in Women’s Hockey Japan League 2013.

Women’s Japan League – Game Results

Game No.47 13:00  at Tochigi
 Sony HC Bravia Ladies – Nanto Ginko SHOOTING STARS

  • From the beginning of the game, Sony held a pace of the game, but could not make a decisive chance.
  • Nanto shifted to offense from their hard defense around GK Kongo, but could not pass to each other in the middle of the field.
  • Sony got 5 PC chances in the first half, but could not score.
  • Both team went into the second stanza without any scores.
  • 40th min: Sony FB #2 Hayashi made a goal into the left bottom of the goal.
  • 44th min: Nanto FW #7 Ueda touched a pass from the right side into the net to tie the score.
  • 53rd min: Sony FW #10 Nakajima made a touched-shot to lead by one point.
  • With the end time coming, Sony saved Nanto’s counterattack and won the game by 2-1.

  • From the beginning of the game, CCWR dominated the middle of the field and got consecutive PC chances.
  • 5th min: CCWR FB #18 Ree opened the scoring in a PC.
  • 17th min: CCWR FB #18 Ree hit a ball straightly into the left bottom of the goal.
  • 18th min: CCWR FW #16 Kim scored from the 45 degree angle.
  • 26th min: CCWR #13 Kato who received a pass in front of the circle, made a pushed-shot with dribbling left.
  • 32nd min: Glaxo FB #7 Oishi took one goal back by her touched-shot.
  • 34th min: CCWR FB #8 Ono made a straight hit-shot into the right bottom of the goal and went into the second stanza by 5-1.
  • In the second half, Glaxo got 4 PC chances from CCWR’s receiving mistake, but could not make a goal.
  • 60th min: CCWR FW #9 Arai who received a pass from the right, met a ball into the left bottom of the goal.
  • 63rd min: CCWR #5 Nishimura dribbled from the circle top and pushed a ball into the net.
  • Glaxo could not pass as usual due to CCWR pressure at the front line and finally, CCWR won the game by 7-1.
