U21 Women’s Junior “The 9th AHF Junior Asia Cup (2024/Muscat)” Result of Round 4 [Japan 6-0 Chinese Taipei] – Japan tops the group and advances to the semi-finals

The Japanese U21 Women’s Junior National Team (World Ranking: WR11) won 6-0 against Chinese Taipei (WR31) in the fourth round of the 9th AHF Junior Asian Cup (2024/Muscat) in Muscat, Oman.

With four wins (12 points), Japan passed the group league at the top of the table.

Japan also qualified for the Junior World Cup, as they finished in the top 5 of the tournament.

Japan will play India (WR8, 2nd in Group A) in the semifinals on December 14 at 21:30 (Japan Standard Time).

The Player of the Match is #16 FW Sana Hayasuke (Yamanashi Gakuin University), who scored the second goal of the tournament.
