The U18 Hockey Women’s Youth team (World Ranking = WR 11th) defeated Korea (WR 12th, Pool A 2nd place) 1–0 in the semifinal of the “AHF Hockey Men’s & Women’s U18 Asia Cup (2026/Kakamigahara)” being held at Kawasaki Heavy Industries Hockey Stadium (Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture).
Japan advances to the final and will face China (WR 10th) on June 6 at 17:00.
