Samurai Japan (Japan Men’s National Hockey Team) “Japan-Korea International Friendly Matches (2026/Tokyo & Gifu)” 1st Match (Training Match) Result [Japan 1-2 Korea]
The Japanese men’s national hockey team, “Samurai Japan” (World Ranking: 14th), lost 1-2 to Korea (WR 22nd) in the opening match (training match) of the “Japan-Korea International Hockey Friendly Matches (2026/Tokyo-Gifu)” being held as part of the Tokyo Series (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo).
The second match of the Tokyo Series (ticketed event) will be held on April 12 at 3:30 PM at the Oi Hockey Stadium Main Pitch (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo).
Following the match, a fan meet-and-greet event featuring the Japan Men’s National Hockey Team “Samurai Japan” is scheduled to take place from 5:00 PM. (Participation is limited to those with tickets for that day’s match (tentative).)
