Notice of Host Town Exchange Program: “Exchange with the U21 New Zealand Women’s Hockey Team & U21 Japan Women’s Junior Hockey Team in Akaiwa City (October 16, 18, 19)” (Including Training Camp)

From Akaiwa City (Organizer: Okayama Prefecture Hockey Association) The “Host Town Exchange Event with the U21 Women’s Hockey New Zealand National Team & U21 Women’s Junior Japan National Team” will be held on October 16 (Thu), 18 (Sat), and and 19 (Sun).

The U21 Women’s Junior Japan National Hockey Team will hold a training camp in Okayama City and Akaiwa City from Wednesday, October 15th to Sunday, October 19th to prepare for the Junior World Cup to be held in Santiago, Chile in 2025.

During the training camp period (October 16, 18, 19), a friendly match between the U21 Women’s Hockey New Zealand National Team and the U21 Women’s Junior National Hockey Team of Japan will be held at the Kumayama Sports Park Multi-Purpose Field.
Following the friendly match, there will be a sports exchange session with citizens (approximately 45 minutes) featuring coaching guidance and other activities. We encourage you to attend. (* Main schedule here ▶︎)
